A recently identified IPv6 fragmentation vulnerability allows unprivileged users to escape isolated containers on CentOS and RHEL 10 and gain root access to the host. The flaw involves an in-slab linear overflow that triggers a page use-after-free, providing an attacker with arbitrary physical read and write capabilities.
