NVIDIA has launched the Ising family of open-source models to tackle qubit calibration and quantum error correction using machine learning. These models automate hardware adjustments in near real-time and provide vision-language systems for processing error syndromes more efficiently than traditional heuristic methods. By integrating with CUDA-Q, the tools aim to accelerate the transition from experimental research to scalable quantum computing.
