Former DeepMind researcher David Silver has launched Ineffable Intelligence with a $1.1 billion funding round to develop a “superlearner” that masters knowledge without human data. The startup utilizes reinforcement learning techniques similar to those used by AlphaZero to discover skills through pure trial and error and autonomous experience.
